The second day of the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR) Congress ICR2023 held this year in Paris, was the ideal place to start the new IIR working group on Solid State Cooling and Heating chaired by Prof. Andrej Kitanovski . Representatives of companies from UK, Japan and China attended this first seminal meeting showing a clear interest in disseminating the achievements of new solid state cooling and heating technologies. “Camfridge participated to this first meeting presenting the achievements of our technology that will be instrumental for the refrigeration industry to achieve the Kigali Agreement targets and the Paris Agreement net-zero goals” said Alessandro Pastore, Executive Director of Business Development, “thanks to the work of this group Camfridge’s solid state magnetic cooling refrigeration technology achievements have now also a qualified channel to reach the global audience composed by refrigeration and cooling qualified professionals.
