Camfridge welcomes the decision of an independent panel of the Henry Royce Institute Industrial Collaboration Programme to award funding for our project “NetZero Refrigeration With Advanced Magnetocalorics (NRAM)”. Camfridge will work with Imperial College on this project.
“We are very pleased that such a prestigious institute decided to support both Camfridge and Imperial College” says Neil Wilson, CEO of Camfridge. “In 2021 the same Institute released a study about the state of development of solid-state cooling technologies. Magnetic refrigeration stood out as the only cooling technology able to impact Net-Zero within the timeframe of the Paris Agreement. This additional funding will help to accelerate our time to market”.
